Elkan Katz has degrees in both law and accounting.

Education

Elkan M. Katz holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania (B.S. 1967, M.S. 1968), and is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 1976).

Bio

He was admitted to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania in 1969 while working for a national public accounting firm.

Mr. Katz is a member of the Pennsylvania bar and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
