Barbara L. Moyer is an associate with the firm of Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C., where she has been since 2009.

Education

Ms. Moyer graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2009 and received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 2004. Ms. Moyer is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York.

Bio

Since joining the firm, Ms. Moyer’s practice has been focused on class action securities litigation, including cases such as: In re Marvell Technology Group, Ltd. Securities Litigation, Master File No. C-06-06286-RMW (N.D. Cal.), NYMEX, and In re Bear Stearns Litigation, Index No. 600780-08 (Supreme Court, New York County).

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Moyer worked in the financial services industry, where she attained her Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
